Processing Times
• All orders are handmade and processed with care.
• Orders will be shipped within 7 business days.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
• Please note: during launches or promotional periods, processing times may extend slightly.
Shipping Information
• We currently ship across Canada, the United States, and select international locations.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
• Once your package is in transit, we are not responsible for delays or lost orders caused by the shipping carrier.
• If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of perfume oils, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at orders@aronaaromas.com within 72 hours of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of the issue.
Allergies & Sensitivities
Arona Aromas scents are crafted using high-quality essential oils and fragrance oils, blended with carrier oils such as jojoba, coconut or sweet almond oil.
Please conduct a patch test before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.
We are not liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. Use products at your own discretion.
